Return Policy
At Andrea's Treasure Exchange, our goal is to make our return policy as fair and as simple as possible. Here you will find information on our return
and exchange policies, as well as how to return products to us.



Our Return Policy

How to Return Merchandise:

Step 1: Obtain Return Goods Number
Please report return goods to us within 30 days of receipt of shipment and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (Return Goods #).

Andrea's Treasure Exchange or contact us via telephone at 1-(480) 519-6648 to obtain this number. If returns arrive without the
Return Goods #, your refund will be delayed. Andrea's Treasure Exchange cannot process products that have not been reported within this time
frame.

Step 2: Return Restrictions

The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Please do not proceed any further if you are returning these items.
· Books
· Any opened electronic items
· Any other merchandise that is not in new or unused condition, with its original packaging and accessories intact
· Special orders, custom orders and orders placed at volume
· All Clearance items

Step 3: Fill Out Return Copy

Please write the order #,(Return Goods#), product #, product name, reason code for return (please see below) as well as any comments on the
Return Copy, which can be found at the back of Packing List under the Return & Exchange Policy. Write the (Return Goods #) on the address label
which is adjacent to the Return Copy.

Reason Code for Return and Exchange:
1. Product not as expected (please explain)
2. Do not like
3. Arrived damaged
4. Defective
5. Incorrect item received
6. Wrong item ordered
7. Changed my mind
8. Arrived late
9. Other reason (please explain)

Step 4: Packing for Return

Return the merchandise in its new and unused condition along with its original packaging & accessories. Wrap the package securely with
sufficient cushion to prevent damage during shipment. Separate the address label from the Return Copy and include the Return Copy inside the
box.

Step 5: Shipping the package

Affix the address label to the outside of the box. For your protection, we suggest you return your product via a traceable or insured-shipping method
such as UPS, FedEx or insured USPS. Andrea's Treasure Exchange is not responsible for lost and damaged packages and will not be able to
refund you if that happens. Please keep the shipping receipt until we have completed the refund.

Step 6: Wait for Response

Upon receiving the item, we will inspect the merchandise and issue a refund for any item you return that meets the conditions we have described
above. If the products you are returning are lost or damaged, you will have to submit the damage claim directly to the carrier. Andrea's Treasure
Exchange will notify you if that happens. If products have already been used, no refund will be issued. If the original packaging & accessories are
not included in the return, we will take a 30% restocking fee. No shipping cost will be refunded. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift wrap
charges and cannot accept them as a return.

Please expect 3-4 weeks for processing your return. When your return has been processed, Andrea's Treasure Exchange will send you a refund
notice and an itemized credit memo via email. All refunds will be posted to the credit card used to place your order. It may take 2-3 days until your
bank posts the refund. Due to billing cycles, the refund may appear on a later statement than your original order.

How to Exchange Merchandise:

Please follow the same procedure for returning the merchandise and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to
wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. All items that arrive as an exchange will be processed the same way as a
return.

Return and Exchange Procedure for Gift Recipient:

Please follow the same procedure for return and exchange detailed above, with the exception of refund will be issued only in the form of store credit.

Our Damage and Defective Policy:

All damaged and defective products have to be shipped back to us following the same Return procedure (See above). Upon receiving the
merchandise, we will inspect the merchandise and make a refund or replacement accordingly.
